I can't recommend TTEC highly enough for their outstanding service in installing our solar power system. From start to finish, their team was the epitome of professionalism. They not only expertly managed the installation but went above and beyond by coordinating the upgrade of our power meter, which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated touch.

After using TTEC to install my solar a year or two ago, I went to them to have an EV charger installed. Once again, it was a great job by their great team - all courteous, friendly and professional. These guys are great - organised, reliable, helpful and excellent quality!

Adrian and the team were amazing! We went to them with a $300 quarterly power bill, and they managed to reduce it under $50 by adding more panels and system consumption monitoring.

The entire process was seamless - from obtaining a quote and giving the go-ahead to completing the installation! TTEC staff and technicians were prompt, very polite and professional. I'm happy that the system was running and that the app showed production within six hours of installation.

The team were tidy and courteous, the installation was efficient and well-managed, and the handover was professional. Space was limited in the house switchboard, so they changed the plan on the day and installed new switchgear in the meter box, leaving space for an EV charger connection later. This change resulted in a slight price reduction and a tidier overall result.

Adrian came out to my premises and completed a site inspection, taking note of shading issues on my north-facing roof as well, suggesting the most beneficial location of the solar inverter and the panels. Adrian was the only representative from a solar company to do this, as most of the quotes were only online quotes with Google satellite views for the location of the solar panels.

We had Adrian from TTEC Solar come and look at our faulty inverter, and within the day he had it approved for replacement under warranty, the inverter was replaced that same week. Great service, communication, and turnaround time. Highly recommend!

Great price, installation and service. TTEC installed my 15kW solar system last year and recently a Powerwall 3. I'm more than happy with the whole package.
