This is the second time using TTEC, and they smashed it outof the park again! Quoting was super easy and provided me with multiple options. Adrian sent videos of the installation and gave a detailed system rundown.

Adrian and the TTEC team were fantastic from the start of proceedings to the final installation.
Adrian came out to my premises and completed a site inspection, taking note of shading issues on my north-facing roof as well, suggesting the most beneficial location of the solar inverter and the panels. Adrian was the only representative from a solar company to do this, as most of the quotes were only online quotes with Google satellite views for the location of the solar panels. The fact that he went out of his way to come to my premises before sending a quote shows a level of consideration of the customers' needs and concerns.
The final quote for the installed equipment was reasonable, and I was given the option to use lower-quality equipment for a lower price. The installation team arrived on time and completed the job in about four-and-a-half hours. They were courteous and answered any questions asked of them with a clear and concise explanation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your solar installation.
We had Adrian from TTEC come and look at our faulty inverter, and within the day he had it approved for replacement under warranty, the inverter was replaced that same week. Great service, communication, and turnaround time. Highly recommend!
