Andrew reached out to us while finalising the build of his new home in Glenelg East, looking to future-proof his property with a quality solar setup. We began the process in April 2024 with an initial site visit, prewiring and fitting 16 solar panels to align with his construction timeline.
A few months later, in July, we returned to install an additional 11 panels, ensuring the system would maximise his home's rooftop potential. Once the brickwork was completed in August, we installed and commissioned an 11.205 kW solar system, pairing it with a Sungrow SH10RT inverter for reliable daily performance.
As Andrew's energy goals evolved, so did the system. In December 2024, we returned to upgrade the inverter to the new Sungrow SH20T and added a powerful SBH250 battery, giving it 25kWh of home energy storage. To support greater storage needs, we returned in February 2025 to add two additional SBH5000 battery modules.
This staged approach provided Andrew with flexibility throughout his build, ensuring his home is now powered by a robust and scalable energy system, one that is ready for years to come.
